Refund Policy

ReviewKit is a digital product that is delivered immediately after payment. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will look into it.

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are decided case by case rather than given automatically. We aim to be fair and to fix genuine problems.

You pay once. When the payment is confirmed, you are taken to a page where you can download the kit files. The files include the share-ready card, the print-ready card with a QR code, and a message you can copy.

Because the product is delivered in full and immediately, the usual right to cancel a distance sale may not apply in the same way it applies to physical goods. A file is corrupted, will not open, or the printed card does not match the preview.

You were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

In these cases we will fix the problem, send the files again, or refund the purchase.

You changed your mind after downloading the files.

You expected a different design, style or wording than the one shown on the site.

You no longer need the kit, or your business circumstances changed.

You entered a wrong Google review link or wrong business details, but the files were generated exactly as designed.

Approved refunds are sent back through our payment processor to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your card issuer or bank, and is usually a few business days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us before asking your bank or card issuer to reverse the charge. Most problems are solved with a quick reply, and we would rather fix it directly.
